Why can’t we farm these foods yet?

Humans have been farming to create sustainable foods for more than 10,000 years. This means we have been planting seeds and raising cattle and other animals for as long as, well, for as long as we’ve been humans. But not all foods can be farmed. There are still some rare, or just generally difficult crops that farmers have trouble growing to this day. The reasons why are more complicated than you may think.
